Founder & CEO of DataDriven Solutions & Reporting

From CPA to CFO, and now CEO — Adina's journey started with a passion for finance and a natural instinct for solving complex problems. After earning her degree in Accounting and becoming a licensed CPA, she quickly rose through the ranks, ultimately becoming CFO. But while leading financial strategy, she discovered a deeper calling: data systems and operational transformation.

What set her apart was not just her sharp financial acumen, but her ability to bridge two worlds that often clash — finance and data. Frustrated by the disconnect between tech teams and finance departments, she set out to create a solution that spoke both languages fluently. With a rare dual fluency in numbers and systems, Adina built a company focused on delivering meaningful, long-lasting business change through data-driven financial solutions.

Her mission? To eliminate confusion, miscommunication, and inefficiency by aligning data and finance at the foundation. This mindset became the DNA of DataDrivenSR.
